    We currently ship to: China, USA, Canada countries. Delivery to remote areas may be unavailable - please contact us before ordering.

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays). Custom products require additional 5-7 business days.

  3. Shipping Timeframe

    • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days

    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (additional fee applies)
      Actual delivery time may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays

  4. Shipping Costs
    Costs are automatically calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $99.

  6. Delivery Delays
    If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days beyond estimated timeframe, contact us for assistance. Note that we're not responsible for customs delays.

    Request returns/exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping; we cover reshipping for exchanges.
